Responsible for the supervision of project engineering drawings of ongoing project, involving various aspects of civil/structural related work.
Manage the whole execution team to line up the execution accordingly with drawing.
Preparation of measurement sheet as well as checking of sub-contractor’s bill.
Preparation of initial sketches and other aspects of archi.-civil/structural design proposal for client approval.
Responsible for the review of all the engineering works produced to ensure that applicable codes, standards, and procedures are followed, and quality is acceptable.
Ensures that adequate checking is performed on project drawings and design.
Assisting to the client engineer for Feed/Detail design and Construction packages such as Scope of work, Design basis Technical Data info.
Budgetary Estimates and timely bill submission to the client according to project progress.
Also responsible for Co-ordination with external consultant & clients regarding civil structural design issues from first submission till approval.
Preparation of all the Job Procedures, ITP & IR to ensure the Quality of work.
