Part of the QS and MIS Team in Site team of Afcons Infrastructure at Tokadeh, Liberia.
Mainly deals with the Sub-contractor, Client billing, Material reconciliation and Budgeting.
Verification and certifications of Invoices submitted by Sub-contractors and Vendor.
Preparation of Material reconciliation statement and ensure the site team to minimize the material wastage.
Extracting Quantities from Drawings.
Preparation of projection for monthly direct and indirect cost incurred for project.
Negotiating reasonable rates and Choosing worthy Sub contractors.
Preparation of Work orders, Amendments and Service entry sheets. (In Sap Module)
Rectifying the Cost over run in the projects and taking measures to reduce it at the most.
Review drawings and make necessary recommendations on regular intervals to design team if it does not come under the Budget.
Preparation & Submission of Client Bill on Timely Basis
