shuttering materials etc.
Receiving Materials all Department (User) Mechanical, Electrical, Safety, Civil, Account & finance
QA&QC, Survey, HR & Admin. on the basis of purchase orders, delivery challan invoices, weigh
slips,e-Way Bill,MTC,MSDC etc.
Daily reporting DMR-DIR Register.
Maintaining the Inward Register,Outward Register,Scrap Register,Returnable Register,Asset
Register,Tools Register,Sub-contractorIssue Register,Diesel Register, RGP,NRGP etc.
Controlling inventory of stores bin items through different inventory management tools like
ABC analysis, XYZ analysis, FSN analysis, VED analysis, obsolescence & disposal of non-moving
items andrevision of binlevels.
Verifying of purchase procedure onthe basis ofindents,purchase ordersinSAP andquotations,
price comparative statements,etc.
Preparing GRN inSAP onthe basis of purchase orders, delivery challans/invoices,weigh slips
withthe goods receiptnotes.
