Lead the Individual Highway, Bridges and Utility Projects ensuring completion
within Target and Budget including manage with Quality and Safety on
Schedule.
• Managing & Monitoring including apprising Preconstruction & Construction
Activity, Testing & Commissioning works for conformance accordance with
engineering, Drawing, Design, Specifications, Owner Standards, Contract
including procedures and applicable.
• Completed complex of Roads and Bridges Project Activity by Managing all
aspects of design, construction, Health & Safety, Planning, Estimates and
Budgets.
• Preparation of Projects Planning & Set the Time Line as per Contract and
Proposals including Development of project execution plans, scope, project
procedures, budgets, and project schedules project teams.
• Oversees Developments of Projects Planning and Execution of the
Construction works with organizations such as Engineering, Procurements,
Constructions, Project Controls, Cost Saving & Cost Controlling.
• Established the Plans and Set up the Site with Technical Staff and SubContractor including the all-technical assets.
• Manage the Mobilization including depute the all resources.
• Monitoring & Supervision and Finalization for Execution of construction activity
and Installation work from Start to End at site.
• Manage Site Mobilization, Surveying of Land, Land Clearance and Leveling
and Site Development including Work Break-Down Structure & Depute all
Right resources at Site.
• Monitoring on Work Progress and Day-to-Day activity at site and Evaluating
performance of the Projects.
• Direct Interface and Coordinates with Design team, Clients, Procurements and
Subcontractor and Resolve the all issue without compromise with Quality and
Safety and Cost Controlling.
• Coordination and Manage with Project Team, Sub-Contractor and Stakeholder
for continue the Work Progress.
• Provide the Technical Support for Pre-Construction, Construction and Post
Construction activity.
• Project Documentation as per Contract including Review, RFI’s, Change
Order, Construction involving Financial and Handing Over documents.
• Accountable for ensuring positive Client relation with match expectations and
monitoring consistently.
• Interface with Clients, Engineering & Preconstruction Team to resolve the
technical, Projects & Sites issues as on satisfaction.
• Manage the Financial Issue of Project with maximum Profiles.
• Forecasting and build a budget for the projects as per required.
• Negotiate and Prepare Owner Contractor change order in timely manner on
the Clients behalf
