QUALITY ENGINEER
2022-10-04 - Presently working
Concrete Mix Designs (up to M-50 grade) of
PCC/RCC/Pile/Precast/Girder with different types of mineral
admixtures & chemical admixtures.
Asphalt Mix Design (DBM & BC) as per MoRT&H specification, MS-2
and ASTM Standards. Routine checking of mix properties from Hot
Mix Plant and other related test conducted in site laboratory.
Trailing the mix designs of Cement Treated Sub-base Granular Subbase, Wet Mix Macadam, Filter Media as per project requirement
specification and testing all physical properties.
Checking the lab equipment calibration (External & Internal) and
conducting the Batching plant, WMM/CTSB plant & Hot Mix Plant
calibration.
Performing all the routine test accordingly the approved ITP which
required in the project and ensuring the implementation of Quality
Assurance Plane.
