open foundations, Pile foundations, and Reinforced Earth, Retaining Walls with geo-grid as well as
metallic strips ties materials connected with pre-cast concrete fascia panels as per technical

➢ Responsible for installation of bridge bearings (Elastomeric bearings, POT & PTFE bearings}, expansion
joints (Strip seal joints,slab seal joints etc.) and Girder Launching.
➢ Planning and setting up of temporary structure for precast yard, RMC plant, Crusher plant, fabrication
yard, casting yard, carpentry yard for major infrastructure project.
Well conversant with Modern Techniques of Highway and Road Construction and use of modern
Equipment and Machinery,.

Structure Detail (1). MJB (span 4x20,3x30,3x20,25x36 Narmada Bridge, Pile foundation, PSC
Girder and Slab), (2). MNB(Span- 5m to 23m different span ,open foundation , PSC girder and
Slab ) (3). Flyover (Span-3x30,1x15 ,1x30, open foundation , (4). ROB(1x36 Composite girder and
2x25 PSC girder , Pile foundation end corner pile , Girder and Slab)
➢ Planning and programming of the project along with scheduling of all the items of work.
➢ Responsible for execution of structural Construction activities as per approved Drawing &
Specifications.
➢ Monitoring of the Project execution in line with approved construction plan and reporting to
Management.
➢ Preparing working drawing.
➢ Ensuring the proper documentation of field changes DPR-RFI and as-built drawing
production in accordance with project requirements. Preparation of progress site reports
and presentation for management.
➢ Coordinating with timely issue of drawing and clarifications.
➢ Coordinate and liaise with State Government Officials- Authorities and local bodies for
smooth Operations.
➢ Interacting with the Consultants, raising of daily RFI and getting approval for the works.
➢ Guiding junior staff to achieve the planned progress and making them familiar with MORTH
and IRC specifications.
➢ Reviewing the daily progress achieved and analyzing the causes for short fall, if any, and
taking suitable steps to rectify them.
➢ Preparation of Sub-Contractors bills.
➢ Preparation of bar bending schedule.
➢ Responsible to organize manpower, material, equipment to achieve targeted programmed of
works.
