Civil and Electrical Maintenance: Achieve service level requirements as per CA. To be monitored through monthly inspection reports of IC, daily, weekly, monthly visual inspection reports. • Maintenance Schedule/planning: Preparation of execution planning, billing and planning reports ,Preparation of schedules for Routine Maintenance, Incidental Maintenance and Periodic maintenance to meet the requirements of CA. To be executed by planning the work program separately for routine maintenance, Incidental Maintenance (Special Repairs) and Periodical Maintenance adhering to schedules submitted. • Financial: Estimation and preparation of budget based on the Schedule planned. Preparation of item/work-based estimations as per the work program planned to adhere to the budget and take prior approvals before execution by highlighting the deviations based on detailed survey of site conditions/emergency repairs/client observations etc. Focus and evolve value engineering practices to reduce maintenance costs. 2 • Execution: Track and ensure the execution of work as per the standards and planned program. And achieve 100% Compliance of IC/NHAI observations within timelines. • MIS and Documentation: Preparation of DPR/WPR and MPR as per the requirements of CA. Document and circulate the internal DPR to PH and HO along with photos and supporting documents/photos in case of deviations in work program/estimations/WO quantities. Submission of compliance reports for closing IC letters within timelines. • Bills and Payments: Verification of the bills submitted as per the DPR/WO issued etc. and provide necessary data to admin support team for preparation of monthly bills along with remarks for PH, Finance team and Management recommendation/approval in case of deviations in execution standards/qty. • Safety: Train, monitor and ensure the safety precautions, traffic management across the stretch during work execution by internal team/vendors/any other agencies with permission from client/authorities. • Safety measures: Plan and execute the closing of unauthorized median cuts, removal of major encroachments in coordination with Route team in case of support requirement from administration/traffic management etc. involving PH for support wherever local issues/higher administration/client involvement required. Identification and proposal of safety measures/items required in case of accident-prone zones by involving PH/client/HO safety team to make the highway safe without any safety hazards. • Relationship Management: Attend review meetings with IC /NHAI and report/highlight issues to PH/HO team for immediate solutions in case of non-compliances. Conduct review meetings with vendors, site staff for execution of planned work program and deviations observed. Attend maintenance related user complaints promptly and achieve high user satisfaction. • Plantation and environment: Plan and execute plantation as a pre monsoon activity. Replacement of damaged/ mortality plants immediately (other than summer) and monitor the watering with special focus till survival. Ensure the compliance of pollution board by removing bituminous/hazardous material within the ROW immediately and disposal as per the norms.
