Anchoring on site construction activities ensure completion of project within the time & cost
parameters and effectives resource utilization to maximize the output.
Liasing with the external agencies, clients & consultants for determining technical
specifications, approvals for execution & obtaining on time clearances.
Conducting surveys and investigation as per the DPR Requirement.
Maintaining the records of all test results approvals or rejection of completed works.
Identify construction delays and recommend to the concessnaire the remedial measures to
expedite the progress.
Review the safety measures provided for the traffic and project workers and suggest the
concessnaire for implementation in case of any deficiency.
