Program for Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis Work as per design. Preparation of Traffic Diversion as per IRC specification and approved drawing. Preparation of Measurement Bill for Earthwork Subcontractor on monthly basis. Liaison/co-ordination with Client and Consultant, ensuring site safety during construction. Execution of work as per design and MORTH, IRC, IS, specifications. Schedule preparation, Pre-planning and Resource forecasting, Inter-discipline coordination and overall quality control of the work. Monitoring the construction quality of the work done by conducting various test involving Earthwork (embankment in soil, embankment in Blanket), sub-grade, GSB, WMM, CTSB, and CTB in the testing laboratory. Construction up to the finished levels of different pavement courses viz. Embankment, Subgrade, GSB, CTSB, CTB & WMM, to match the designed longitudinal and cross profile of the road to be laid down within specifications. Execution and construction of all activities on that stretch and bringing the day-to-day problems to the notice of seniors to sort them out. Verification of the executed work with technical specifications, Subcontractor’s billing and measurements for the works done at site. Verification of the initial pavement condition survey to match and check with the details given in the DPR to bring out the differences/deficiencies.
