Monitoring site execution work as per design manual pre -approved by the authority, checking
whether mixing, compacting and addition of water on the pavement crust is as per the design along
with checking in -Situ moisture content of the original surface with rapid moisture meter.
• Variation of proportion mix of stabilizer based on grain size analysis and in -Situ moisture content
• Soil testing, analysis of mechanical and engineering properties sample and treating them with
adequate mix of soil stabilizer to enhance SBC of soil.
• Casting of cubes at site for UCS Test with the embankment earth fill and cross checking UCS value
w.r.t the designed value.
• Ensuring proper compaction at site as optimum compaction as per designed pavement crust.
• Regularly checking in-situ moister content of soil and determining the moisture mix with soil
stabilizer as per site requirement.
• Providing Earthwork for road and site grading.
• Managing inventory at site and keeping track of the supply chain for smooth site functioning.
• Coordinating with client, consultant and if required, authority about the progress of work or solving
any site progress pertaining issues in concurrence with H.O.
• Preparing daily progress report and sharing with H.O. and seeking feedback about the progress of
work and implementation of inputs revived.
