project deadlines; ensuring all site personnel use quality workmanship in
accordance with plans and client needs
Taking off quantity like reinforcement, concrete shuttering excavation and
preparing claims as well as involved in client billing while managing escalation
for bills if any
Supervising end-to-end site activities including open foundation, large
excavation, mass concreting, installation works, soil investigation (bore hole,
pile load test, plate load test, shear load test) and so on
Reading blueprints & plans and communicating them to workers; adjusting
work schedules as needed in order to meet all project deadlines
Consulting with architect for the preparation of design and drawings to meet
client requirements; planning and coordinating project scheduling, budgeting
