Preparation of Monthly and Weekly work programmer according to desired targets.
Submission of Inspection Request for work and Liaison with consultants for approval.
Monitoring the machinery and work force for optimum utilization.
Monitoring the preparation of working drawings for temporary works.
Preparation of Daily Progress Report and documentation of day to day activities
Ensure compliance of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment as per company QHSE
policy
Execution of all road activities like Excavation, Rock fills Embankment, GSB, utility
works, Cross Drainage Works i.e Box culverts & Pipe culverts, RCC Retaining wall,
Mechanically stabilized earthen wall and miscellaneous works like over head sign
board gantry, guard rail, concrete crash barrier, catch pits, utility ducts etc.. according
to contract Specifications.
Co-ordinate various activities for the best possible utilization of resources while
maintaining the targeted production.
Report periodically the progress of works to the Project Head and seek necessary
resources to organize the same.
Monitor of all Machinery and Manpower to achieve desired targets.
Documentation of day-to-day activities to upkeep objective evidence.
Preparation of monthly and weekly schedules according to Targets.
