    A B.Tech in Civil Engineering and 10 years of experience as a Manager (Projects), Deputy Manager- Billing & Planning, Quantity Surveyor in various infrastructure projects.  Payment recommendation, witnessing various tests at laboratory and all technical checks at site.  Contract management and ensuring compliance of various statutory guidelines by the contracting agency etc.  Coordination with Land acquisition officers/forest officials and other revenue officers of the state government frequently.  Handling quantities/BOQ preparations, Cost Estimates, Handling Contractual Issues and Rate Analysis.  Client Billing, Variations and Claims, Budget Control, Physical Checks, Ability to Compile all Technical and Commercial specifications.  Performing site condition variation by estimating the actual quantity required on basis of survey reports, BOQ identify any possible BOQ variations.  Add any escalations to the final value to arrive at the total value for the work done.  Ability to plan the activities at Project site and push execution team for adherence.  Excellent MS-Excel skills, AutoCAD, Road Estimator etc.  Working knowledge of FIDIC Contracts & EPC Contracts and management of key Contract Clauses and project correspondences and documentation etc.  Subcontractor Bill checking and Approving.  Excellent communication and report writing skills, and good presentation skills in English..
