Supervision of Highway items such as Earthwork GSB, WMN, DBM,DLC and
Road Furniture with optimum use of manpower and machinery .
• Co-Ordinate PM, QS, Team to meet the requirements effective and timely
progress.
• Co- Ordinate with Supervision Consultant Oversee the work done by the Subcontractor.
• Department and schedule the Construction activities accordingly .
• Responsible for preparation of work program weakly & Monthly basis as per
site condition and followed & monitoring the same.
• Ensuring the executed Work meets speciation, budget with timescales .
• Ensure to supporting staff that we give technical advice and solving
problems Executing the work by given drawing and specification.
