    Site clearance works like clearing and grubbing, tree cutting and dismantling existing pavement. ● Calculate quantities of materials from checking level of various activies like Earthwork, GSB, DLC & PQC. ● Prepare DPR of daily activities regarding work and consult to section incharge engineer. ● Checking level of subgrade, GSB, DLC & PQC before and after laying. ● Daily deployment of machinery assigned to various activities like Earth work, GSB, DLC & PQC, rigid pavement and reviewing their optimum utilization. ● Interacting with section incharge engineer, raising of daily RFI and getting approval for the works. ● Guiding junior staff to achieve the planned progress and making them familiar with MORTH and IRC specifications. ● Reviewing the daily progress achieved and analyzing the causes for short fall, if any, and taking suitable steps to rectify them.
