Responsible for planning, managing and scheduling of highway work at site. Site clearance and independent
in charge of a section’s embankment, Subgrade,GSB, WMM, DBM, BC,PQC,TOLL PLAZA Conversant
with MORTH.
2- Coordination with project manager & sub-contractors in terms of project.
3- Leading and watch on the working of all the technical staff and getting the maximum output from the team.
4- To give material requirement for the work in my supervision.
5- To submit daily work progress to Project Manager.
6- Regular reporting of materials status and progress of work at site.
7- Weekly program preparation weekly before start of work.
8- To ensure of right quality and quantity materials and testing.
9- Road finishing work properly with IRC codes (Road Marking, MBCB, Sign Board, Slope Protection Work).
