laying of GSB, WMM & bituminous work such as Prime Coat, Tack-coat, DBM &

• Monitoring subcontract work and reconciliation of manpower, material &

• Driving valuation of properties, coordination with government agencies, day-today monitoring for getting environmental/ forest clearance from Government

• Conducting preliminary survey of road alignment including detail study &
corrective measures of plan & profile, drawing & design, and assistance to the
Design Team
• Directing all types of Site Productivity & Planning of day-to-day activities as
matching in line with monthly targets
• Implementing construction monitoring of all highway activities to achieve
required geometrical design as per contract agreement, drawings and MORT &
H and IRC specifications
• Liaising with all the relevant departments like Mechanical Department, Quality
Control Department and other’s to make site activities smoothly
• Preparing monthly and weekly look-ahead schedule for internal and external
program and presenting progress in the form of colored culture like Bar Charts,
Diagrams, Graphs and Tabular formats
• Dealing with staff and sub-contractor’s problems, discipline, timekeeping and
ensure that traffic and environmental management is improved during all
course of project implementation
• Studying reports (Work Progress Report, Equipment & Contractor performance
Report) submitted by Site /Shift Engineer & takes decision in conjunction with
PM
