    Section in-charge for Ch. 331.030 to 347.000.  Report the DPM.  Prepares daily plans of work from agreed weekly / monthly plans.  Organize manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve plans.  Compiles to all procedures, drawings while execution.  Checks all work done by subordinates on regular basis especially lines, levels, etc.  Maintains check records applicable to each activity.  Co-ordinates with other agencies when required.  Ensures safety in the work place.
