Planning the work and organizing the site facilities as per specifications in order to meet agreed deadlines
• Managing execution & supervision of various components of flexible pavement and rigid pavement like earthwork, Sub grade,
Sub base, Base course, Bituminous work, Dry lean concrete and Pavement quality concrete with advanced earth moving
equipment and automatic sensor paver finisher
• Administering daily deployment of machinery assigned to workers for various activities like Earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM, BM,
rigid pavement and ensuring their optimum utilization
• Supervising the daily task of the working labors to ensure strict conformance to project deadlines and maintaining quality and
safety standards at work
• Determining factors such as the width of lanes and the intended flow of traffic prior to developing final designs
• Performing evaluation and conditional survey of existing pavement, and design and rehabilitation of pavement as required
• Liaising with the Consultants, raising the daily RFI and getting approval for the works
• Checking progress payments according to the accomplished work and preparing sub-Contractor’s bills
• Guiding junior staff to manage daily task and making them familiar with MORTH and IRC specifications
