Planning and establishment of site infrastructure as per the construction
sequence.
• Recourse mobilization and its monitoring for effective usage.
• Overall administration of the project.
• Understand customer’s expectation & requirement and percolate to
subordinates.
• Ensure adherence to EHS standards established by the company.
• Adherence to M.I.S. (Management Information system).
• Timely submission of monthly R.A. bills, labour bills, purchase bills.
• Minimize wastage of construction materials.
