Ensure key dates are achieved for preparation and submission of
quality record.
Maintain QA/QC records and produced and stored in a readily
retrieval manner &submitted in a timely manner.
Carry out the scheduled testing of materials/work quality as
frequency ofISCodes or as perrelevant contractspecifications.
Assist in the development & maintenance of quality procedures.
Maintain the documentation of QA/QC for implementation of
QA/QC system in the project.
Assist to the section manager/seniors in determining the quality
objectives & targets of the project.
Mix-design for the concrete mixes of different grade(High
Strength,SCC,& Antiwash Concrete) using Micro silica with binding
agent OPC & PPC.
Mix design for grout mix of different W/C Ratio using fine sand with
PPC.
Laboratory testing on daily basis (Aggregate, admixture, cement,
water and concrete).
Calibration of batching plant and other equipment
Proper hand over of inspection to next shifts and maintain dairy on
daily basis. Record all significant at site.
