Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress plan and getting it verified by higher management.  Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work program.  Performing Safety risk analysis and making the team aware of the risks involved during the construction of tunnels on a daily basis.  Ensuring that the construction is going on adhering the QA/QC norms.  Preparation of method statements and daily reports and getting verified by client  Initial site establishment for launching of TBMs which mainly includes grout plant and silo foundations, fresh water tank foundation, gantry crane foundation, air compressor foundation etcetera.  Planning and execution of activities related to launching of TBMs which include installation and grouting of eye seal, installation of reaction frame, installation of cradle and lowering of TBM components.  Supervising and providing the technical support for the Initial and Main drive of TBMs by providing all the key mining parameters on daily basis.  Planned and executed dragging of 02 TBMs in already excavated station box.  Analyzing and monitoring surface monitoring data on a regular basis.  Planning and executing safe breakthroughs of TBMs.
