➢ Monitoring of daily tool box talk (TBT) at site to related specific jobs.
➢ Ensuring safety compliance as per EHS framework, Audits/ assessment of facility.
➢ Conducting risk assessment and enforce preventive measures.
➢ Organizing EHS training of employees and sub contractors and safety walks, mock drill and prepare safety presentation.
➢ Inspecting premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non conformity.
➢ Responsible for providing prompt document of assessment findings, observation and recommendation.
➢ To ensure correct use of PPE's and safety devices as per workings conditions and conducting daily and regularly safety
inspection.
➢ Do job hazard analysis (JHA), job safety analysis (JSA) of hazardous process.
➢ Preparation and submission of safety compliance reports to the clients and consults from time to time.
➢ Preparation of safety report/acc/incident investigation report to the concern department.
➢ Conduction third party inspection (TPI) of all cranes, ropes, slings.
➢ Report of unsafe act and unsafe conditions, near misses to our client.
➢ Carrying out PTW audit on daily basis and keep track of all PTW issued and supporting to prepare job safety analysis for
plant activities.
➢ Implement LOTO by de-energies all stored energy
