Total responsibility of the project OSHE Improvement. 2) Handelling a team of safety committee which includes engineer, foreman, supervisor and Prw’s and theirs Supervisors. conducting tbt with all workers and staffs as per schedule routine. 3) Monthly Mock drill conducting. 4) Height job training conducting. 5) Specified job issuing PW review. 6) As per 18001(OHSAS) iso norms to educated project people. 7) Daily observation various work front and inspection report making. 8) Hazard identification. 9) PPE’s wear alert to all staffs and engaged workers. 10) Signage and Safety posters displaying to project areas. 11) Basic First Aid training arrangement. 12) All necessary HSE( safety) related formats making. 13) Accident or incident/ohs investigation report making. 14) Induction provided to all new Employees, Prw’s and their workers. 15) On the special days(4th March to 10th March) in the every year conducting Safety function, award distribution(ie-safety slogan competition, safety talk, Safety drawing, safety animation video viewing) 16) Yearly statistics report making. 17) Displaying posters against harmful drugs and alcohol and tobacco. 18)Conducting environment day(5th June) programme in each year for alert to all project people at about the global warming and environment pollution. planting of trees. 19)) Celebrated World health day(7th April) and Children day (14th Nov.)awareness programme in each year with presence of project people. `20) On the International May day(1st May) we conducted a programme in the presence of project people and salute to all hard workers and reminder their sacrifice at society.
