    Supervision/Monitoring of Main Tunnel (Single track5547mtr, Double track- 57mtr, Triple track- 750mtr), Escape Tunnel- 6300mtr by NATM method.  Ensuring the quality of work as well as maintaining the safe working environment.  Supervision & controlling of day-to-day activities of Tunnel excavation & slope stabilization whether contractor is performing as per GFC & standards of CA and preparing documents for the same [ATSS, Pour Cards, Checklists for various activities (Like rock bolts, wire-mesh, lattice girder, shotcrete & pipe roof/fore polling etc.], Cycle time reports, Shift reports, Delay reports.  To check & ensure for reinforcement, formwork as per GFC & quality of concrete before starting any pouring.  To prepare comparison between planned time and actual time and give suitable solutions to contractor to overcome such delays to achieve the deadline for the completion of project.
