    Supervision, Execution & Planning of Railways Tunnels by NATM techniques. ➢ Taking care of all work-related excavation like drilling &blasting operations, Installation of fore poling/pipe roofing, Lattice Girder/ Steel Rib Erecting, placing of wire mesh fixing, Installation of Rock bolts-SN, Self-drill anchor (SDA), Swellex bolts, RRS erections (Reinforced Rib of Plain Shotcrete), Invert lean concrete, Cement grouting(contact/consolidation) etc. ➢ Portal excavation/development/stabilization in rock and soil strata. ➢ Prepare tunnel reports –Excavation Support Records (ESR), Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Daily Face Shift Reports (DFSR), Post Blasting Reports (PBR), Required Excavation Support Sheets (RESS) & Actual Tunnel Support sheets (ATSS)etc. ➢ Experience of tunnel construction in soft rock with NATM method which include umbrella pipe roofing. ➢ Experience of latest machines like fully automatic drill jumbo (DT922I Tame rock) collecting MWD data (measurement while drilling), Smart grouting pump (EPIROC) and Multi-directional drill rig (casagrande C6-XP-T2). ➢ Site planner for optimum utilization of manpower, material and area to facilitate the best possible logistic solutions. ➢ Conducting Tool Box Talk (TBT) on health, safety and environmental in risk assessment ➢ Combined checking with Client for Labour Contractor & Client Bill. ➢ Experience of Ballast less Track and other Rail parameters checking like rail level, track gauge, versine etc. ➢ Experience of Cut and Cover Tunnel, Architectural Portal.
