Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing
program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and
protocols.
Direct and coordinate program activities designed to provide management and customers with logistics
technology that ensures effective and economical support concerned for delivering, moving or storing of
materials, systems, and equipment.
Formulate the Company's Logistics Strategy in line with Company's Strategy and implement it after
getting approval from top management.
Coordinate with the Operations Department on planning materials storage and deliveries.
Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in distributing materials, equipment, and sup-plies
in the Company.
Develop and implement program activities; coordinates efforts of subcontractors, project managers, and
field service personnel; and resolves problems in area of logistics to ensure meeting of contractual
commitments and delivery schedules.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting
equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in distributing materials, equipment, and sup-plies
in the Company.
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on
work results.
Acknowledged capabilities in implementation of modern inventory management systems to maintain
logical inventory levels avoiding building up of dead/slow moving stock.
Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements.
Tracking the Equipment’s, Assets, Machinery and Power Tools.
Maintaining Service records of the Equipment’s, Machinery and Power Tools.
Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety
performance, or logistics quality management.
Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management
Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity
discrepancies between stock and records.
Prepared MIS and daily reports (Shelf life, shortage statement, stock statement, non-moving material
report)
Carrying out stock audit at the end of every month and prepared the documentation for audits and
interacting with HO, purchase, quality & finance department for smooth departmental function
Operations of ERP Systems.
