Handling diverse range of projects from FEED, detailed design to operational services across geographies.
• Review of technical documents produced by vendors and contractors and respond to technical queries as required.
• Assisting senior disciple lead in and multidiscipline team of technical professionals in project execution & smooth
transition (technical safety).
• Performed Vent dispersion & Flare Dispersion study.
• Development of Safety Device list, Equipment list, Hazard sheet.
• Mentoring and train new joiners and trainee/juniors
• Assigning new job to juniors as per project requirement
• HAZOP/HAZID/LOPA participation & review,
• HAC, EERA, F&G Mapping and QRA Report preparation & reviewing
• Execution of Process Safety Study for Projects & Execution of Process Safety Re-Study.
• Process Safety Study (PSS) – Project Twinkie (Lima Plant, Ohio, United Sates)
• Executed PSS for FEED & DE stage of project in stipulated time period in coordination with On-shore engineer & client for
required inputs/technical clarification.
• PSS carried out for As-built change received from onshore engineer.
• Site visiting & As-built preparation for changes in plant (for Indian clients)
• Process Hazard Identification & Analysis
• Preparing Hazard Sheets identifying Overpressure, Vacuum, Fire, Explosion, Overfilling & other hazards.
• Safety device (PSV, Vent, PVVV) Adequacy check & Recommending size for procurement
• MOC: For change in Process Safety Information, PSS is re-visited (e.g. change in pump,
• PHA: For any MOC raised, executed HAZOP review along with PSS (Hazard Identification & Safety Device adequacy check)
