Stores / Inventory Management:
• Receive, Issue, Stores Materials, To prepare daily receipts, Issues & MIS
reports, Inventory.
• Management to insure the safety & Security of the material stocked. Manager
and the Project Manager.
• Ensure the materials indented and materials received are tracked and maintained and
communication is made to the appropriate department on the availability and
deviations if any, to ensure that the material required is in place within the specified
time.
• Follow up with suppliers for Delivery / Shortage / Rejection of Materials.
• Working in ERP operation such as creation of Indent, Purchase Order, GRN,
Supplier Master, Work Order, Dispatch Challan, Hiring Equipment Work Order and
Requisition, Total Inventory Module.
