1. Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.
2. Using construction management software packages to plan smooth work flows.
3. Understand and support store operations, policies and procedures.
4. Prepare Indent, Purchase Order, GRN, MIR, MOR, GTV etc. in tally and company software.
5. Organize merchandise pricing, signage and coding
6. Ensuring the security of store items
7. Unloading, checking and receiving of all incoming shipments
8. Participate in counting store’s physical inventory
9. Maintain cleanliness of store
10. Dispose of cardboard waste and trash
11. Ensure stock levels on the sales floor are maintained continually
12. Liaison officers should be responsible for coordinating communications and activities between two or more companies or organizations. They serve as a company's public face when dealing with other corporations or agencies.
13. Senior person with Good communication skills previous experience in construction industry will be preferred.
14. Day to day Collect and maintain record of site data.
