     Knowledge of managing the life cycle of ERP; GRN, MIN, Stock Transfer, Gate Pass and updating data in ERP as per requirement.  Individual Handle all stores & Local purchase functions like receipts, storage stock checking, and Collection quotation from suppliers, Placement& issues in working with ERP System.  Responsible for the correct issuing of materials on either requisition or picking slips this requires manual handling and involves the use of computer systems to correctly remove the materials from stock records  Co-ordinates the unloading/loading of delivery trucks and vehicles, including material handling equipment and all consignment paperwork.  Day to day operations of the Stores function is carried out in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner. Stores activities include receivables, storage of materials and related reporting.  Maintaining Daily Material Receipt Register & Daily Material Issue Register with properly daily issues and receipt Maintaining stock record of all materials in manually and computerizes in Excel as well as working with ERP system.  Maintain Minimum Stock at Site.  Maintaining items wise record in TAG/BIN card  Knowledge of Local Cash purchasing items.  Prepare monthly stock statement and ensure that physical stock is as per quantity given in stock register
