    • Maintain the data over ERP, MS Office . • Follow up with local vendors for delivery of goods and purchases for various production. • Make a Material receipts (GRN) Goods receipt by checking of quality, measurements and quantity calculations. As per our Purchase order. If in case any mismatch of materials camper with Supplier copy or DC, we intimate to our purchase depart & Project coordinator through office mails. • Maintain all store transaction in online company designed own package, Updating the inward, outward registers & stock registers in daily basis. • Updating on display boards regarding the low balance stock, Issue of materials as per the request slip By Site Engineers and we get approvals from project manager day wise. • If any material issued to sub-contractors in dubitable basis we rise the debit note, and submit the debit note in Accounts depart & Planning depart those deduct the amount in Sub-contract RA-Bills. • Informing the status of balance materials to the concerned Planning Engineer /PMs to raise further indent. • Maintaining minimum stock level of materials to avoid delay at the work... • We Send Stock statements & monthly inward, Diesel statement, surplus material statement to head office in every month 1ST day
