     Officer (Stores)  Key Responsibilities:  Stock Movement through SAP only.  Issue material as per requisition slip.  Maintain store DMR and MIC register.  Prepare GRN during physical receipts of materials.  Prepare purchase indent for the local purchase.  Maintain Catenary,contact,jumper wire, SPS & TSS item’s properly receive and issue as per invoice and material requisition.  Bill verification as per the receipt of materials.  Ensure materials in warehouse as per the location.  Monthly verification of stocks as per the SAP and stock ledger. Ensure stock level (min/max) as per policy.
