     Checking of Site Execution through RFIs raised by contractor for all highway work for 23km.  Liasening with Govt. Deptt. (Like Forest, Electrical, Water Supply and Land Acquisition) for utility shifting/ Cutting of Trees and liasening with local people for local problems.  Meeting with consultant and contractor for the solution of site/drawing/design issues.  Preparing Daily Progress report & day to day status of site  Making all records for day to day activities,Progress detail,concrete records, planning for next quarter.  Maintain daily record of progress indicating details of resources deployed, stoppage of works, progress of various items of Works and other related details including details of delays with reasoning.  Construction supervision & execution of roads (Earth work, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, Drainage and Culverts etc.) work as per levels, drawings, relevant Technical specifications and tender items.  Offering stage-wise inspection of construction activities to Consultant / Client through RFI’s.  Ensuring QA/QC as per MORT&H specifications and maintaining the same.  To plans daily, weekly, monthly & finishing targets for work including each and every item of work.  As a Survey in charge working and checking of all survey activity like Alignment fixing, TBM, OGL, maintain level of each layer(Embankment, Sub grade, GSB, WMM, DBM/BM and BC) in tolerance, layout of Junction, Culvert & Bridge,  Controlling the Day to day production/ work done as per target program with best quality.  Taken level from site and plotting X-Section and L-section in Auto cad.  Marking of centre line with help of Total Station.
