● Review BOQ items and quantity with drawings and point out the discrepancies/variations, if any, to RE
● Measure quantities of work, record measurements and verify BOQ items/Work quantities executed in the contractor’s monthly statement.
● Verify and examine interim payment Certificate received from contractors
● Prepare variation statement for RE.
● Maintain a permanent record of all measurement for the work quantities
● Assist RE in preparing the monthly reports and Financial Statement make online entries in the MIS system of the employer.
● Responsible for correctness, accuracy of measurement and quantity of works recorded.
