Mr. Tushar Gautam is a Graduate in Civil Engineering having more than 09 years’ experience in surveying, supervision and construction of roads including major / minor bridge construction supervision of bridge, road, cross drainage, utility duct under the guidance of state government and EPC project in National Highways under the guidance of MORTH specification and relevant codes. He has experience in checking of drawings and working out quantities of various materials including pre-stressing works for actual procurement and to indicate the inadequacies in the Construction drawings. Submission of revised program and making it update and monitoring the progress of the construction of bridges and other structures on behalf of Contractor as well as on behalf of Supervision Consultants / Client. He was familiar with modern methods of construction of bridges like Pre- stressing, Well Foundation, Pile Foundation, Voided Slab, Tee Beam Girder, Box Girder, Pre-cast housing technology etc.
