Prepare and implement Job safety/Hazard Analysis, HIRA for routine and non- routine activities
Inspection and closure of inspections like: Height work, Hot work, Confined space, Housekeeping,
Workmen habitat, Welfare, Vehicles, Tools & tackles, Cranes, Material Handling, Excavation, Scaffold,
Electrical, RCCB/ELCB/MCB, Earth Pit, DG, DB/SDB
To conduct trainings on various topics such as work at height, life after accidents, LOTO, manual handling, first
aid, emergency response mock drills.
Adherence to implementation of safety training & norms via covering 100% employee best to achieve zero
accident
Develop & contribute to fire safety manuals, SOP’s, EHS plans, organize and manage safety programs while
developing & enforcing various EHS schemes, safety promotional activities & procedures.
To investigate near miss incidents & accidents to check and evaluate the effectiveness of action taken or
proposed to be taken to prevent injuries.
Conducting regular site visits at foundation, erection and civil work locations and ensuring safe execution as
per approved JSA/HIRA.
To prepare Weekly, Fortnight, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Annually EHS reports-MIS, UA/UC, Incident reporting,
EHS scoresheet, first aid and injuries etc. in Safety application software.
