Bhaupur-Prempur-Allahabad-Mughalsarai a) Planning, Monitoring and checking the regular Embankment,Subgrede and Blanket as per RDSO and C.A bindings. b) Monitoring and checking all survey works like CL marking, TBM fixing, Chainage Pillar fixing, OGL and level checking at various stages of Embankment activities, to get actual quantity of construction. c) Preparing daily progress chart, Layer chart, D.P.R, B.O.Q quantity sheet. d) Carry out periodic internal audit on EPC Contractor’s processes and report any nonconformity to Nodal Head. e) Verify that the work order rates and its conditions are in synch with industry norms. Verify the monthly Bills of EPC-contractor and ensure that they are in compliance with the WO terms. Ensure and verify the reconciliation of all major materials and monitor their consumption and wastage norms are in line with design/actual quantities as per BOQ
