As a Construction Engineer, I was responsible of Construction & execution of Road & Bridge work. Responsible for Site Management viz., Work Planning with resource requirement, mobilization of infrastructure for execution, mobilization of Equipment, Material, Manpower and Sub-contractors as per the work plan, execution of Works within the Contractual and budgeted Norms of time. Continuous monitoring of work plans, productivity and resource utilization. I was responsible for Identifying contract variations/other avenues for margin improvement; reducing lock-up of Work in Progress. Man Management; effectively handle Contractors, Clients and consultants to meet overall organisation/ project objectives. I was responsible for Construction supervision and contract administration including roadwork, organizing technical staff, assigning their duties and fixing of responsibilities of site supervisors, field engineer. My responsible includes checking of alignment of road, detail survey, construction of Embankment, Sub-grade, GSB, WMM, and DBM, BC along with construction of Minor Bridges, Box culverts, Pipe culverts etc.
