About 8 years of professional experience in various capacities of construction and construction supervision of Expressway, National Highways, State Highway Projects and Real State. Widening and strengthening of road Flexible & Rigid pavement. I am well aware of with all activities of flexible pavement rigid pavement such as construction of Earthwork in Embankment & Sub-grade, Granular sub-base, Wet Mix Macadam, Bituminous Works, DLC, PQC, Profile corrective course, toe wall, median drain ,line drain, MBCB, kerb laying, Fencing wire, chute drain ,etc.
I am thoroughly familiar with modern technique of the construction with modern machineries such as Bituminous Full width sensor paver, Hot Mix Plant, Concrete batching plant, Graders, Soil Compactor, Vibratory Tandem and Pneumatic tyre rollers. Also have experience in assisting to finalization of the IPC and various orders preparation. Maintain daily, weekly and monthly report.
Expert in carrying out measurement of works, setting out of alignments, large volume of earthworks, sub grade, GSB, WMM and pavement work DBM, BC, DLC, PQC etc..

As a Section in charge responsible for execution and monitoring of Highway activities, checking of alignment & coordinate with the client and Independent Engineer to fulfill requirement at site in accordance with the CA. I am also responsible for planning and monitoring the construction activities. Analyze of DPR, WPR and Monthly progress report recommend to Planning Head. Raise RFI day by day & Layer chart,strip chrt maintain daily basis. Monitoring the progress of work against pre determined time schedule, supervision of road maintenance, day to day planning for execution, safety management, Assist Client to identify and shifting of utilities and also coordinate with respective authority for approval of estimate. Also responsible for Land Acquisition process and to coordinate with client and SLO for Joint Measurement 3A, 3D, Valuations of Trees, Structures, Water Pipe lines and Award for land and disbursement of compensation. Identify the COS items, preparing the estimate for various COS items.
