Level Formulation for Highway and Structure works according Profile drawing and designing.
Prepare Highway & Structure proposal Working Drawings for approval.
Measure the Road work and Structure Quantities According Drawings, TCS and Profile.
Preparation and Maintains Work Orders for Sub Contractors.
Client Billing, Subcontractors Billing.
Certification of Sub contractor Invoices/Bills and Data entry for reconciliation purpose.
Timely preparation and submission of monthly Running Bill. Price adjustment as per CA, approved with our clients, Independent consultant and other authorized department.
Checking and verifying Measurement Book (Bill for work done).
Reconciliation of material (Cement and steel).
Preparations of DPR, MPR, work in progress (WIP), send report to the head office every month.
Prepare monthly Program in advance for the execution work as a target to execution staff.
Maintain Project Progress reports with Bar chart-Strip chart-Layer chart.
RFI Processing, Cad Design & Drafting (hand sketched, Site plans, Paper to CAD etc.
Maintain and Record the Data for Royalty, Encumbrances, Site & Survey Levels, Tree Inventory, Traverse Points, TBM, Reference Pillar, GPS Points etc.
Maintain the working drawings and construction records of project.
