• Fully responsible for all the ongoing project activities in respect of Routine Road Maintenance, Periodic Maintenance and Major Road Maintenance, Route Operations and Incident Management, Toll Management Systems and Electrical Street Light Maintenance Etc.
• Responsible for Correspondence and timely reply of letters to NHAI, Independent Engineer and Local bodies as per norms of Concession Agreement.
• Responsible for Submit the Change of Scope and its execution, preparation of Measurement Book and its approval by IE/Team Leader, raising the COS bills and release of payments.
• Responsible for Raise the Annuity Invoice to NHAI and timely release on scheduled time with proper fallow up with IE, NHAI –PIU office Lucknow and NHAI-Regional Office Varanasi.
• Responsible for execute and complete the EPC Punch list and balance work which pending due to Land issue etc.
• Responsible for Timely Compliances of Road User Complaints registered on NHAI Centralised Helpline No. 1033.
• Responsible for Attend the Clients and Local bodies DM,SDM meetings, and NHAI Senior Officials (PD,RO, Members) Visit as well as Independent Engineer Team leader Inspection Visits.
