To organize and supervise the execution of construction work to ensure compliance with the drawings, specifications, safety & Environmental provisions.
To ensure maintenance of daily records of all activities and of the site diaries and in respect to the contract structures.
To ensure checking of measurements and testing to determine accuracy of the works.
Monitor actual progress vs. programmed with the concurrence of the contractor.
Check method statements, review construction drawings & assist in the preparation of progress report.
Liaise with local authorities and affected parties relating to contract work, and direct team establishment of survey control points.
Collection of daily reports to weekly reports in section under his control for submission to office.
Ensure Contractor’s fulfillment to safety of the public and safe working condition at site.
Supervision of Construction activities of earthwork, Sub grade, GSB, WMM, DLC, PQC, Bitumen’s Work DBM ,B.C& SDBC
Maintaining record set of drawing of Road work & Cross drawing works.
Supervision of furniture activities of sign board, thermoplastic paint, kerb painting, PGR, Cat eyes, median tree plantation, avenue tree plantation, cantilever/overhead gantry, kilometre/hectometer & MBCB.
