Checking of layout of the Bridges jointly with Surveyor of the Executing Agency.
Finalize test pile location in reference to drawing and designguidelines keeping in view of site constraints etc.
Supervise & Witness various Pile Load Test that include Vertical Pile Load Test, Lateral Pile Load Test & Pile Integrity Test (CHUM)
Review Methodology prior to commencement of any new activity submitted by Executing Agency and give comments etc.
Consult with Design engineer any changes in drawing/design etc. to be incorporated as per site requirement.
Check Bar Bending Schedule calculation etc. and ensure reinforcement fixing,cutting & bending at site as per approved BBS.
Monitor quality of works undertaken by the executing agency.
Plan, Manage and Monitor works for smooth & timely completion of Project with mitigation strategy & contingency plan.
Source, Test and Assess the materials used in Construction.
