● I am a graduate in Civil Engineering having morethan 4.10 Years of extensive experience in the field of Highway engineering in various projects including execution and construction supervision of widening & Strengthening of national highways funded by NHAI. My major thrust area covers site execution including laying of pavement layers, RCC construction, Road Medians, Pavement investigations,survey, field testing of material and works, selection of borrow areas, etc under guidelines of IRC and MoRT&H Specifications. ● Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, quality Compliance & Manpower planning on project sites. Working closely with on-site project activities & overseeing the performance of contractors ensuring compliance with quality assurance plans. Managing all activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities. ● Project Coordination: Communicating with Architects, Contractors, Planning Section to ascertain technical specifications, construction related essentials, based on the prevalent rules. (a) Experience in all aspects of construction of earthworks in cut formation, embankment, sub grade, GSB, WBM, WMM, DBM, BM, BC and SDBC as per MORT&H and relevant IRC standards
