11 years of experience in highway & expressway construction as Senior Engineer. • Used to with resources used in National Highway Projects • knowledge of MoRT&H specifications, IS codes, IRC, construction contract specification • Planning of construction activities, construction management, handling of various contractors, HSE management, monitoring functional schedule, evaluating progress, stage wise quality checks & record keeping, progress review & coordination with different agencies to ensure timely completion of the projects as site in charge • Determine & review the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed and forecasts duration to completion for construction works and resource requirements • Responsible for implementation of the scope of work, project specifications and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule. • Monitor and report to Project Manager of project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner. • Providing Material requirement to batching plant and purchase department for ordering RMC, DBM, BC, WMM, CTB, CTSB and ensure that all the required machineries like grader, SDR, DDR, Excavator, Paver, transit mixer, concrete pump, vibrating needle etc. are in working condition. • Supervision of a team of engineers and identifying eliminating bottleneck • Co-ordinate with Designer for drawings as per project stage • Co-ordinate with consultant and Authority for approval. • Maintaining and monitoring pictorial presentation of strip & bar Chart for client understanding.
