Mr. Mahesh Kumar is Graduate in Civil Engineering with over 15+ years of professional experience covering all disciplines of Highway Engineering & pavement construction & maintenance, routine/periodic inspection of Project Highway and supervision of construction/ O&M works, pavement condition survey, data collection, computer aided design methods for Civil/Highway Engineering with particular reference to CAD application to the highway rehabilitation and/or upgrading projects, construction supervision, operation & maintenance, Project management, Quality Assurance plans, approval of pavement construction methodology and quantities calculation. His spectrum of experience includes preparation of construction methodologies & its checking, preparation and checking of IPCs, preparation of progress reports, documentation, preparation of Change of Scope/ variation orders, and survey works using Total Station and Auto Levels. He has excellent exposure in pavement construction (both Flexible and Rigid), bridges, cross-drainage works and other civil works as per the approved drawings and specifications, testing of various construction materials in the laboratory as well as field tests along with analysis of test results to ensure required quality of works and conversant with IRC, MORT&H, IS specifications and codes. Scrutinizing /checking/certification of measurement of materials and works, advances, assessment of requirement of resources, project reports. He has worked in projects funded by The World Bank & knowledge on international best practices including thorough knowledge of modern construction technology & equipment. He is familiar with various standards/specifications, design and quality control etc. He has also experience of construction & maintenance of CD works as well.
