• Reporting progress and daily activities to Deputy PM & project manager
• Mainline responsibility for handling various construction activities at the site
• Be responsible for quality, construction within timelines of various road Projects ( National Highways)
• Responsible for handling construction at the site and coordinate for all construction activities and execute project
• To plan and schedule the work on a daily basis
• Responsible for material planning and other documentation write to the project construction
• Responsible for completing construction work as per weekly targets and as per defined quality parameters
• To be responsible for coordinating with the consultant during the execution
• To handle all man power and machinery on the site
• Looking and managing all site survey, Soil test activities.
• Predicting, monitoring site reports or day to day achievements.
• Monitoring and maintaining DPR, report to senior managers and top management.
• Building & maintaining healthy relations with clients; ensuring maximum customer satisfaction for referral works and program.
• Verification of horizontal and vertical alignment along with the client.
• Identification of borrow areas and material resources
• Monitoring the day-day activities, daily & monthly reports and preparation interim bills
• Review of Working Drawings and Construction Methodology and Work programme.
