Verification of the executed work with the technical specifications, sub-contractors billing and monthly measurements for the work done at site to raise RA bills.
Preparation of Monthly Plans for the concerned areas along with resource planning, allocation and leveling
Supervision of All Activities, Checking of R.F.I. & Guidance to contractor.
Reconciling of quantities for all the activities and calculate balance required quantities of aggregate & other items to complete the project.
