    As a Sr. Project Manager, my job included preparation for methodology of Sub-grade, GSB, WMM, D.B.M & B.C and supervise & monitoring of pavement courses like GSB, WMM & Bituminous courses like D.B.M & B.C. I’m planning & arranging machineries for next day work schedule for smooth execution of work. My job also included maintenance of checklist as per the daily progress and item of work executed. I am also responsible for collecting the Good for Construction drawing from consultant for smooth execution of work. I am also responsible of supervising the various structural works and also had to prepare Running Accounts Bill, Sub-Contractor bill & analysis of rate for various items of work execution. I’m responsible for giving R.F.I to consultant as per item of work execution & responsible for collecting approved R.F.I. I have to guide my sub-ordinates like Sr. Engineers, Site Engineer & Supervisors for how to execute the work for smooth progress of the work & maintaining the quality of work. I am responsible for searching of source materials and had to approve the source of materials from Client and Consultant and also responsible for procurement of materials, machineries. I have to coordinating with Client, Consultant & Sub-contractor for progress of the work.
